As an Integrative Therapist & Registered Yoga Therapist, I am dedicated to health, healing, and personal development through yoga, pranayama, meditation & creative modalities of expression. I specialize in working with individuals who are dealing with high stress and/or have low back pain, joint injury, physical injury & disabilities, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Auto Immune Diseases such Rheumatoid Arthritis, Polymyalgia Rheumatica.
